This is an adaptive reuse project of a historic, 1920's era downtown Detroit building. We are currently working to help develop and fit a very specific movie studio related program into this beautiful existing structure in downtown Detroit. After analysis of the program and of the building itself we were able to generate designs to accomodate over 90% of the original programmatic content and supplement some of the under developed portions of the program.
