With adaptive reuse and rehabilitation in mind, the owner tasked us with developing a design for modern speculative office building. Our service included creating a marketing package for the project. The key with this project was to take light industrial space, and with minimal structural changes, make a speculative office program work. We were also asked to make the building attractive on the outside again with minimal changes to the building itself while creating maximum impact. Our proposal included an exterior screen system that helps cut down on heating and cooling loads, helps filter daylight, and creates a new singular identity for a faceless building.
