This is an adaptive reuse project focused on preservation and renovation. This Detroit building, circa 1920, is to be turned into affordable small business/artist loft incubator space. With the emphasis on affordable lease space the construction budget is the number one priority. We are currently in the process of working with the owner to determine the most effective way to plan the space keep the amazing character of the building and reuse as much as possible while modernizing it for todays uses.
