This is a brownfield redevelopment and reuse of an existing structure. Along with the developer, we determined that the obsolete existing structure on the site was a perfect fit for the desired recreational program. With less than a weeks notice we produced this package starting from scratch. The owner had just confirmed the presentation meeting and then came to us saying here is what I need. We were on it and this is what we came up with. The presentation went great, the design was approved and the project moved forward.
