Vermontville Road, Charlotte MI
Located in Charlotte, Michigan this historic farmhouse dates back to around 1835. As you can see from the images, it took a pretty direct hit from the tornado. Our task was not only to faithfully restore and recreate this beautiful old house because of its historic importance, but it was also to do it quickly as fall and winter were not far behind. We were able to visit the site, document the conditions and details, meet with the owner to verify the layout and produce demolition and building permit documents in three weeks.
